Brian is a Personal Strength Coach with extensive background in strength and conditioning on all levels.
In addition, Brian has experience working with world class athletes such as wrestlers Joe Betterman, olympian athletes Spenser Mango and Ellis Coleman, and former NFL player Leonard Pope to name a few. Not limiting himself to just professional athletes, he believes that everyone, including the "average joe" can achieve a certain level of greatness. With this being said, Brian has created a specialized exercise program to focus on strength, endurance, and mental toughness to encourage those to become a better version of themselves. So whether its 1 on 1, small group sessions, bootcamps, youth, or adult, he is focused on meeting your fitness needs.
